{"id":646,"date":"2022-07-29T21:45:42","date_gmt":"2022-07-29T21:45:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plumas.org.il\/artists-rights-and-policy\/"},"modified":"2025-01-02T16:10:41","modified_gmt":"2025-01-02T16:10:41","slug":"artists-rights-and-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/plumas.org.il\/en\/artists-rights-and-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Artists rights and Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artists Rights and Public Policy in the Plastic Arts field<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artists Rights<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Plastic Arts field in Israel has been suffering for many years from basic difficulties, stemming from outdated legislation based on obsolete definitions that are no longer relevant to the contemporary art world, to its institutions and activities, and from a lack of awareness to the nature of Plastic artists\u2019 work and their needs.\n\nThe Plumas Foundation will provide support for an in-depth discussion of issues that hinder the flourishing of the Plastic Arts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Foundation works in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/igud-omanim.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visual Artists Association<\/a>, which has been very active in these areas, paving the way for addressing issues related to the status of art and artists in Israel and improving their working conditions.
